Joy O'Hare

Joy O'Hare is a professional organizer currently self-employed and also affiliated with NEAT Method since November 2022. O'Hare has extensive experience in various roles including Portfolio Analyst at AngelList, where responsibilities included managing a large portfolio of startup investments and collaborating with the product team. Previous roles also include Talent Ops and Strategy at IDEO, where O'Hare oversaw hiring processes, and Talent Ops and Growth at DoorDash, hiring a significant number of employees. Earlier professional endeavors involved organizing projects for numerous residential and business clients, as well as research positions at Stanford University in the Virtual Human Interaction Lab and CHIMe Lab. Joy O'Hare holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human-Computer Interaction with a minor in Psychology from Stanford University.
