Benefits Training Officer at Neath Port Talbot County Borough

Helen Stokes has over 30 years of experience in the public sector, primarily focused on benefits assessment and training. Since April 1996, Helen has been with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, holding roles such as Benefits Training Officer, Universal Credit Co-ordinator, and Benefits Assessor. Prior to this, Helen worked as a Benefits Assessor at Lliw Valley Borough Council from December 1989 to April 1996. Educational qualifications include a BA in Humanities from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and an Honours degree in IRRV from the University of South Wales.
