Yolanda Robinson, MPA, has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Yolanda began their career as a Program Coordinator at Heart Ministry Center, where they managed volunteer services and coordinated the Food Pantry and Financial Assistance Program. Yolanda then served as the Executive Director of the same organization, providing leadership in program development and maintaining compliance with regulations. Yolanda also worked as an Operations Trainer at West Telemarketing, delivering technical training and monitoring progress. At Heartland Workforce Solutions, they served as a Business Services Representative and One-Stop Navigator, assisting individuals with job placement and providing job readiness skills training.
