Jarno Laatikainen

Jarno Laatikainen serves as Chief Operations Officer at zeroShadow since April 2024, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles including Head of Crypto Incident Response, Manager of Investigations, and Senior Investigator at Chainalysis Inc. from April 2021 to April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Cryptocurrency Specialist at Europol from August 2018 to March 2021, and as Senior Customs Officer at Suomen tulli – Finnish Customs, where responsibilities included leading a national team focusing on Dark Web investigations and managing cryptocurrency analytics. Jarno Laatikainen also held positions as Senior Detective Constable and Senior Constable at the Police of Finland from November 2007 to July 2013, and served in the Finnish Defence Forces as a Staff Sergeant from May 2003 to November 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Tax Law from the University of Tampere and a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Vaasa.
