Kayla has experience in various roles such as Head Teacher at Little Kingdom Children's Center, Early Head Start Educator at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster & Saunders Counties, and Support Staff at Probation Administration. Currently, Kayla is working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, where Kayla advises on employment laws, develops job postings, sources applicants, and represents the department at career fairs.
