Candace Howard

Candace Howard has extensive experience in the early childhood and social services sectors, currently serving as the Intake Specialist at Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative since January 2018. Prior to this role, Candace worked as the Intake Coordinator for Early Childhood Services from March 2012 to January 2018, and held the position of Instructor at Ollie Webb Center, Inc. from April 2007 to March 2012. Candace's earlier experience includes serving as a Therapist 1 at Heartland Family Service and as an Independent Living Advisor/Medicaid Waiver Coordinator at League Of Human Dignity. Candace began their career as an Academic Advisor in the University Division at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in early 1994. Candace holds a Master of Science in Agency Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
