Kelly Vaughn

Kelly Vaughn serves as the vice president of operations at Bellevue Medical Center. Vaughn has worked for Nebraska Medicine for more than 20 years.

She began her career as a certified nursing assistant in 1998; moving on to staff nurse positions at Nebraska Medical Center. In 2009, Vaughn moved into leadership as an associate nurse manager for the Adult Progressive Care Unit. She went on to manage the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, and later Endoscopy Services before assuming the role as Surgical Services director in 2015.

Vaughn earned both her bachelor’s of science degree in nursing and master's of science in nursing from University of Nebraska Medical Center.
