Matt Pospisil

VP, Operations at Nebraska Medicine

Matt Pospisil serves as the vice president of operations for Nebraska Medicine. In this role, he leads the perioperative and procedural services teams, including Cardiac Catheterization, Endoscopy, Pathology, Radiology and operating rooms. Additionally, Pospisil supports physician leaders for the Heart and Vascular, Neurosciences, Orthopaedic and Transplant/Gastrointestinal clinical programs in developing strategies for growth, development and performance.

Pospisil joined Nebraska Medicine in 1989, experiencing multiple operational roles throughout the health system. He obtained his undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska at Omaha; a Master of Science degree from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska; and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado.

Pospisil is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the board of directors for the Midlands Community Foundation.
