Rebecca Duchman

Rebecca Duchman, MSN, MA, RN, NEA-BC, serves as the Director of Ambulatory Infusion & Treatment Services at Nebraska Medicine since March 2017, where significant achievements include reducing patient wait times by 25% and growing the infusion business by 20%. Prior to this role, Duchman was the Director of Patient Care Services at CHI Health from January 2008 to March 2017, where accomplishments included improving Emergency Department throughput times by 20% and reducing overtime hours by nearly 75%.
