David Dubowsky

David Dubowsky has over three decades of experience with Nebraska Public Power District, starting in 1990 and currently serving as the Director of Operational Technology & Security. David's roles have included ET Data and Analytics Technology Manager, Geospatial Systems Supervisor, and Asset Master Data Supervisor, where David oversaw GIS technology administration and technical support. David has also held positions such as Distribution & Subtransmission System Control Supervisor and Load Optimization Leader, managing critical operations and systems for NPPD. A temporary assignment as MDMS Project Team Integration Manager involved leading the implementation of advanced metering infrastructure. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kansas State University, completed in 1989.
