Shauna Benjamin-Brice

Shauna Benjamin-Brice, SPHR, currently serves as the Associate Executive Director at the Nebraska State Education Association (NSEA) since September 2025 and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Southeast Community College since January 2021. Previous roles include Executive Director, Staffing and Talent Relations at Omaha Public Schools from October 2022 to July 2025, and Interim Director of Recruitment & Marketing at the University of Nebraska High School from October 2020 to October 2022. Shauna's extensive experience in talent sourcing and organizational leadership is highlighted by positions held at Gallup, including Key Account Leader and Director of Talent Sourcing. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology & Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
