Sundipp R. has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Sundipp started their career in 2000 as an Executive Business Development at Multi-Tech Systems, Inc., where they identified and targeted prospective companies as potential customers. Sundipp then worked as an Assistant Manager Sales at R.B.Comtec India, marketing and selling networking products to corporate, government, and BFSI sectors.

In 2003, Sundipp joined NATELCO India as a Manager of Business Development. Sundipp coordinated and executed various connectivity projects, interacting with channels, OEMs, and system integrators, and maintained good relations with clients.

From 2004 to 2006, Sundipp served as a Senior Manager of Marketing at MRO-TEK Limited, responsible for business development, marketing, and sales of grooming products for the telecom segment. Sundipp handled major service provider accounts and expanded marketing and sales operations for the Western Region.

From 2015 to 2019, Sundipp worked at the Vodafone Global Business Unit, MTO Sales Division, ZTE Corporation UK as an Account Director and BU Head. Sundipp managed accounts and led the business unit, achieving success in sales and account management.

In 2019, Sundipp joined Blue Danube Systems as the Country Sales Director, where they built business opportunities from scratch for the company's Coherent Massive MIMO portfolio. Sundipp strategized and handled different verticals, including TELCO, NextGen ORAN vendors, legacy RAN OEMs, defense, aviation, and private LTE networks.

Most recently, in 2021, Sundipp became a Council Member at GLG. Overall, Sundipp has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and account management within the telecommunications industry.

Sundipp R. has an education history that includes three major academic achievements. Firstly, from 1994 to 1997, Sundipp attended Panjab University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Physics. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, Sundipp pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing & Finance, at Nagpur University. Finally, in 2010, Sundipp completed an intensive Executive Development Program in Leadership Excellence at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

In addition to these formal degrees, Sundipp has also obtained certifications. One of these is the LEP (LeaderShip Excellence Program) certification, acquired from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, in 2010. Sundipp has also obtained an Associate Member (AMIMA) certification from the All India Management Association (AIMA), although the specific year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
