Michael Hall

Michael Hall is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical solutions and service delivery. Currently serving as the National Portfolio Manager for Quantum Solutions at NEC Australia since September 2013, Michael also fulfills a role as a Technical Solutions Architect, supporting the National Defence teams. Prior to this, Michael held positions such as Infrastructure Manager at Murphy Pipe and Civil, Service Delivery Manager and Systems Administrator at CSG Pty Ltd, and Helpdesk Team Leader at the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane. Early career experience includes roles with the Department of Defence-Army as a Systems Administrator and Office and Operations Manager. With extensive expertise in IT support, client engagement, and enterprise solutions, Michael has a strong foundation in managed services and ITIL best practices.
