Andy Nicholls

Andy Nicholls is a seasoned professional in the public safety and policing sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Director of Public Safety - APAC at NEC Software Solutions since December 2015, Andy leads the introduction of UK policing solutions in the Asia-Pacific region and has played a pivotal role in developing the operational policing platform, CONNECT. Prior to this, Andy held various senior positions at Northgate Information Solutions, including Director of Policing & National Security, and was instrumental in managing public safety and social care solutions. Andy's career began at Marconi Command & Control Systems, progressing from Graduate Engineer to Sales Manager, with additional international sales management roles at Selex Communications and OTE Marconi. Andy holds a BSc/MEng degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath.
