Valentina Ortiz Osorio

Valentina Ortiz Osorio is an accomplished procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Head for the Southern Cone in Latin America at NEC Corporation since May 2021, previously holding roles as LATAM Category Buyer for Smart Cities. Valentina has extensive experience in project procurement management and operational buying from NEC Chile S.A. between January 2019 and May 2021. Valentina also contributed to the IEEE as a volunteer and served as President of Women in Engineering. Valentina's educational background includes a degree in Ingeniería Civil Industrial from Universidad Diego Portales and specialized training in procurement techniques and negotiation from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, including a diploma in Negotiation in Organizations.
