Chris Stark has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris started their career as an Electrician at O'Donnell Griffin, where they performed major works at Queensland Nickel Refinery and handled routine maintenance at the High Voltage workshop. Chris then worked at Ivanhoe Mines as an Electrician. After that, they joined Ergon Energy as an Electrical Fitter Mechanic, responsible for High Voltage Switching and general maintenance in substations. Chris then moved to Newcrest Mining, where they held various roles, including Electrical Technician, Trainer, and Business Improvement. Chris'sresponsibilities included conducting maintenance tasks, creating training packages, and researching improvement opportunities. Chris also served as a Technology Consultant at Stark Ingenuity, assisting organizations with innovation, system design, and process improvement. Currently, Chris is working at NECA Education & Careers, taking on roles such as Head of Strategy & Commercialisation and Corporate Services- Innovation & Product Lead. In the future, Chris will be joining Strategy&Ops as an Executive Director.
