Kathryn Whitfield Belton has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Kathryn currently works as the Head of Strategic Marketing at NECA Education & Careers. Prior to that, they worked as a marketing manager for research & industry at the University of Melbourne, where they led a team and was responsible for the development and implementation of the B2B integrated marketing & communications strategy. Before that, they were the head of marketing at Ultradata, where they devised and executed marketing requirements for the Australian and USA markets. Kathryn has also held roles such as communications manager at ITS Australia, marketing manager at Intelematics Australia, and manager - marketing and business development - commercial at the Australian Red Cross. Kathryn started their career at Ford Motor Company as a brand specialist and later worked as a dealer advertising specialist.

Kathryn Whitfield Belton has a National Diploma in Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Kathryn then pursued a degree in Liberal Studies at Griffith University from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Communications, History, and Commerce. Subsequently, they attended Monash University from 2011 to 2019, completing a Masters in Marketing. Most recently, in 2022, Kathryn participated in the Marketing Week Mini MBA program under the guidance of Mark Ritson to gain further expertise in Marketing.
