Diana Winther is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor law and advocacy for low-wage workers. Since June 2014, Diana has served as General Counsel and previously as a Legal Assistant at IBEW Local 48. Prior roles include Law Clerk positions at various organizations, such as the Labor Education and Research Center at the University of Oregon, St. Andrew Legal Clinic, Oregon Education Association, Northwest Workers' Justice Project, and ACLU of Oregon. Throughout these positions, Diana has conducted legal research, assisted in arbitrations and mediations, drafted legal documents, and contributed to classroom instruction for union members. Diana holds a Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark Law School, a Master's Degree in Creative Writing from Pacific University, and a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
