Adam Krass

Adam Krass has extensive experience in service operations and quality management. Adam currently holds the position of Senior Director of Service Operations at NECI, a role they started in February 2022. Before joining NECI, Adam worked at Baker Hughes, where they held various director-level positions. From November 2019 to February 2022, they served as the Director of Services Center of Excellence. Prior to that, they were the Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement from October 2016 to November 2019 and the Director of Product Quality & Support from July 2015 to October 2016. Before Baker Hughes, Adam worked at GE Power, where they held multiple roles including Product Leader, Monitoring & Diagnostics from October 2012 to July 2015, Senior Manager, Service Operations from June 2008 to October 2012, Service Project Manager from January 2006 to June 2008, and Field Service Engineer from January 2001 to January 2006.

Adam Krass has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Adam also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Union College. The start and end years for both degrees are not specified.
