Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Neckermann since January 2024 and the Owner of KaLo since November 2019, Katia previously held positions such as Commercial Director Belgium a.i. at Talpa eCommerce and Chief Operating Officer at NEOLABO. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations, Katia has been instrumental in driving growth for prominent companies, including Victoria Jewelry and Emesa Nederland BV. Additionally, Katia possesses academic qualifications in Digital Leadership from Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in Applied Economics from KU Leuven.
