VP People & Culture at Nect

Dr. Stephanie Busch has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and corporate development. Dr. Stephanie is currently serving as the VP People & Culture at Nect GmbH since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Dozentin at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, starting in 2016.

Dr. Busch has held leadership positions in several organizations. Dr. Stephanie worked as the VP People Operations at eyeo from March 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they served as the Head of Human Resources & Corporate Development at Facelift brand building technologies GmbH from May 2016 to February 2020.

In earlier roles, Dr. Busch worked as the Human Resources / Onboarding Lotse at Jimdo in February 2016, and as the Principal Corporate Development at Goodgame Studios from September 2012 to January 2016. Dr. Stephanie also gained experience as the Director Human Resources at XING AG from May 2005 to September 2012.

Additionally, Dr. Busch co-founded and served as the Head of Berlin Branch at Illuminate Consulting Group from January 2004 to December 2010. Dr. Stephanie also worked in the field of Corporate Development at Yellout AG from August 2000 to May 2001.

Dr. Stephanie started their career as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Freie Universität Berlin from September 1997 to August 2000.

Dr. Stephanie Busch obtained their PhD in Business Administration (Doktor der Wirtschaftswissenschaften) from Freie Universität Berlin, where they studied from 1995 to 2005. Additionally, they have several certifications including "Systemischer Berater für Mitarbeiter & Führungskräfte" from DGFP - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V., obtained in January 2020, "Certified Agile Leadership I" from Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2019, and "Business Coach" from DGFP - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V., obtained in November 2017.
