Nicola Dewar

Nikki joined Nectar in 2011, originally as part of the Projects Team, working closely with staff at Head Office and their international teams.

In 2017, with the company growing, over ten years previous experience in the Human Resources field Nikki took on the role of HR Manager at Head Office

She is now responsible for the strategic development and senior management of the human resources departments within the organization, leading recruitment and retention and expanding its corporate culture as the company ramps up for significant anticipated growth in the future.!

Nikki continues to look at new initiatives including reward and recognition, Health & Wellbeing, Personal Development Plans and Training along with alignment of company procedures and policies within the group. Last year Nectar Group Ltd achieved Investors in People accreditation having achieved Silver Award Status for investment in its staff.
