Louise C. Forlenza

Louise C. Forlenza has a diverse work experience in various companies. Louise C. was a member of the Strategic Advisory Committee at NED Biosystems, Inc. starting in 2015. Prior to that, they served as a member of the Board of Directors at Innodata Inc. starting in 2002. Additionally, Louise C. Forlenza was the President of LC Forlenza CPA Advisory Services, where they specialized in compliance issues for domestic and international clients, peer-to-peer relationships with auditors and attorneys, and successfully negotiated complicated audits with the IRS. Louise C. also served as a member of the Board of Directors at The Acting Company from 2000 to 2010.

Louise C. Forlenza has completed executive education programs at both Harvard Business School and The Wharton School's Aresty Institute of Executive Education. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business from Iona University, where they were one of three undergraduates granted permission to take MBA-level graduate courses. In terms of additional certifications, Louise is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York and has also obtained a certification in Forensic Accounting from New York University.
