Luke Prince is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer relations across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Specialist and Technical Support Manager at Nedap Retail since January 2014, Luke has previously held roles at Accenture as a Technical Consultant, at MetraTech Corp as a Technical Support Engineer, and at Comverse as a Global Billing Support Engineer, where collaboration with development teams was a key aspect of the role. Early in the career, Luke gained valuable experience at Logic Associates/Print Cafe/NOW EFI, guiding customers through software implementation.
