Dr Terence Sibiya

Dr. Terence Sibiya is a seasoned executive in the financial sector, currently serving as the Group Managing Executive for Nedbank Africa Regions since April 2018, where responsibilities include growing and managing the bank's operations across Africa. Prior roles within Nedbank include Managing Executive for Rest of Africa & Subsidiaries and Managing Executive for Client Coverage at Nedbank Corporate & Investment Bank. Dr. Sibiya has also held leadership positions at the Africal Leadership Institute and Standard Bank, with a strong emphasis on coverage, origination, and strategic investments. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as advanced degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Vincennes University.
