Raymond Chan

Raymond Chan is an experienced professional in stagecraft and theater operations, currently serving as Head of Property at the Marquis Theatre for the Nederlander Organization since April 2024. With a career spanning from 2008, Raymond has held various roles including Stagehand at IATSE Local One and Deck Carpenter at The Shubert Organization, specializing in carpentry and rigging for productions like BAD Cinderella and Chicago the Musical. Additionally, experience includes work as an Electrician & Carpenter for Nederlander Theatres, participation in carpentry and properties for Jujamcyn Theaters, and contribution to the carpentry team at the Metropolitan Opera.
