Bianca Franssen

Bianca Franssen has extensive experience in project management and organizational coordination within the cultural sector and human resources. Currently serving as Directiesecretaresse/Projectleider at Nederlands Openluchtmuseum since May 2015 and acting as a bestuurslid for DOCKS Modekwartier Arnhem since January 2023, Bianca plays a key role in overseeing projects and strategic initiatives. As the owner of Bi@Work from October 2006 to September 2022, Bianca specialized in organizing and producing cultural projects and events. Previous positions include Bureaumanager at Bedrijvennetwerk HR, where responsibilities included managing operations for a collaborative network of HR organizations, and Hoofdproducent for Arnhem Mode Biënnale, where Bianca translated artistic concepts into detailed production plans. Early career experience includes serving as a Managementassistent at Rijnconsult from 1998 to 2006. Education was completed at Titus Brandsma college.
