Lydwine Janssen

Lydwine Janssen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Strategisch HR Business Partner i.o. and HR Business Partner at NS since February 2020. Previously, Lydwine worked at Shell from November 2011 to February 2020 in various roles, including Employee Relations Advisor for NL Projects & Technology and NL Downstream Commercial, where responsibilities included managing organizational change and staff consultation. Lydwine's earlier career included positions at DSM and Philips Lighting, providing project and administrative support. Lydwine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Limerick.
