Sander van Guilik

Sander van Guilik has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Directiesecretaris HR and Sr. Beleidsadviseur HR at NS since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing various HR projects and initiatives. Previous roles at NS encompass Manager Communicatie & Change, Implementatiemanager for the NS CAO 2020-2022, and Manager Duurzame Inzetbaarheid among others. In addition to current duties at NS, Sander holds the position of Secretary at Stichting Scholing en Baanstimulering (SSBS) since September 2020. Prior experience includes strategic leadership in HR Learning & Development at KLM and board membership at Stichting Veiligheid en Vakmanschap Railvervoer (VVRV). Sander's educational background includes studies at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and HAN University of Applied Sciences.
