Niek Kraut

Niek Kraut holds a wealth of experience in the legal and advisory fields, currently serving as a Senior bestuursadviseur at the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit since September 2015, where responsibilities include providing strategic legal advice to the Board of Directors. Niek has also held positions as a jurist in both the Gemeente Nijmegen and the Raad van State, the latter involving assessment of appeals and writing rulings. Furthermore, Niek engaged in legal education as a lecturer at Radboud University Nijmegen and has contributed to legal matters at CWZ. Niek's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Criminal Law from Radboud University and earlier studies in business administration and other fields. Active in local politics, Niek was a member of the VVD Nijmegen municipal council.
