Nia Adams

Nia Adams is a Senior Training Specialist at Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning, responsible for updating and creating training materials, coaching agents through live calls, and reviewing call recordings to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. In addition to delivering constructive feedback and facilitating training seminars for existing agents, Nia leads new-hire training classes, assessing performance, answering queries, and engaging in role-play exercises. Nia also operates Nia Adams LLC as an Online Coach and Content Creator since September 2021 and previously worked as an Inside Sales Specialist at Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning from August 2019 to April 2021. Nia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from Robert Morris University, earned in 2019.
