Steve Walls has extensive work experience in the banking sector, starting as a Sales Associate in 1996 and eventually becoming a Vice President and Branch Manager at Needham Bank in 2020. Steve held various roles at Bank of America from 2006 to 2010, including Branch Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Associate at Long Automotive Group and Middlesex Auto Parts before transitioning into management roles at Circuit City and Bank of America.

Steve Walls attended Framingham High School for their secondary education. After high school, they enrolled at Massachusetts Bay College to pursue an Associate's degree in Business Administration.
