David Laufer

David Laufer has extensive work experience in the financial industry. David most recently served as the Head of Institutional Equity Trading and Sales Trading at Needham & Company starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they were a Managing Director at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. from June 2012 to September 2019. David also held positions as a Director of Institutional Equity Trading at Canaccord Genuity Inc. from May 2010 to May 2011, and as an Executive Director at BMO Financial Group from July 2003 to May 2010. David began their career as a Trading Assistant at Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co from 2001 to June 2003.

David Laufer attended Cold Spring Harbor High School from 1991 to 1995. After completing high school, they enrolled at Denison University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
