Laura Richards

Laura Richards has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Finance, spanning from their time as an Associate up to their current role as Managing Director at Needham & Company. Prior to that, Laura served as a Human Resources Coordinator at ENT and Allergy Associates. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Fairleigh Dickinson University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY New Paltz.
