Steven Popper has extensive experience in project management and construction. Steven worked at Jacobs from 1997 to 2003, where they served as the Manager of Projects. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a team of Project Managers and managing a variety of projects of different sizes and ownership types. Prior to that, Steven worked at the Town of Needham starting in 2003 as the Director of Design and Construction. In this position, they had overall responsibility for all building capital projects for the town, including planning, design, and construction.
Steven Popper has a strong educational background, with a focus on business administration and management as well as structural engineering. Steven obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management from Babson College in 1986. Prior to that, from 1960 to 1965, they attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they attained a dual degree of BSCE/MCE in Structural Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Steven Popper also holds a certification in MCPPO from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
