Alexandra Montes McNeil

Alexandra Montes McNeil, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources at Needham Public Schools, a position held since 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Instructional Superintendent at Boston Public Schools from 2015 to 2018, Principal at Mario Umana Academy from 2009 to 2015, and Assistant Headmaster at Boston Latin School from 1996 to 2009, where a background in teaching Chemistry and Physics was developed alongside serving as Program Director for Science.
