Jessica Downey Ed.D. currently serves as the Principal of High Rock School within Needham Public Schools, a position held since July 2009. Jessica also worked as an English Teacher for Grade 8 at Monson Jr-Sr High School from August 1994 to June 2000. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development (2023), a Master of Education in School Leadership and Administration from Worcester State University (2000), and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Education from Springfield College (1993). Jessica also participated in the Rennie Center for Education Research and Policy program from 2016 to 2017.
