Mariah Tsolirides serves as the Assistant to the Superintendent at Needham Public Schools since October 2024. Previously, Mariah excelled as the KidStrong Area Developer for Boston, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, leading cross-departmental teams to enhance performance in multiple areas including sales and customer service. Mariah has also held the role of Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, where Mariah successfully opened a center with over 500 members while overseeing daily operations. Earlier experience includes serving as an Engine Dynamics & Loads Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, conducting critical analyses to improve aircraft engine safety, and working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mariah's career began at Colonial Pipeline Company as a Cooperative Education Student, focusing on improving the reliability of pipeline systems. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and previously studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at The University of Georgia.
