Cliff Kirby

Cliff Kirby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and business management. Currently serving as the CEO of NeedleSmart since March 2007, Cliff has spearheaded the development of a patented needle disposal technology. In addition, Cliff has held dual roles as CEO and Managing Director of CAL International since January 2005, focusing on dynamic engineering solutions and product development. As the Owner and Managing Director of CAL Enterprise Solutions since June 2003, Cliff has specialized in design services and cost reduction strategies. Earlier career experience includes working as a Design Engineer at Leyland Product Developments from September 1998 to May 2002. Cliff Kirby earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, completing studies in 2003.
