Randy Roberts

Randy Roberts is a seasoned professional in civil and environmental engineering with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since May 2017, Randy is actively involved in the Richland and Florence County Penny Sales Tax programs. Previous roles include Project Manager at Hussey, Gay, Bell & DeYoung from August 2014 to May 2017, Senior Engineer at Parsons Brickerhoff from September 2009 to August 2014, and Project Manager at Cox and Dinkins from August 2006 to October 2009. Earlier career experience includes positions as Project Engineer at Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc. from 2005 to 2007 and at Davis and Brown from January 2002 to January 2005. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina, completed between 1997 and 2001.
