Richard Sullivan

Richard Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, earned between 1993 and 1998. Richard has significant experience in the civil engineering field, currently serving as the Tennessee Operations Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since May 2017. Prior to this role, Richard was Vice President at The Corradino Group from August 2011 to May 2017 and worked as the Assistant Director of Construction at the Tennessee Department of Transportation from May 1998 to August 2011.
