Matt Stevenson has a diverse range of experience in the field of safety and health. Matt currently serves as the Director of Safety & Health at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Managing Member of Salutem Services, LLC since July 2017.

From July 2016 to April 2022, Matt worked at Charles Carter Const. Co. Inc. in the role of Project Manager and Director of Risk & Safety.

Before that, from February 2013 to May 2016, they held the position of Regional Operations Manager at SMART Safety Gulf Coast, where they managed daily operations, supervised the team, developed internal processes, and oversaw safety and health programs for clients.

In September 2019, they received the Certified Safety Manager - Construction (WSO-CSM-C) certification from the National Association Of Safety Professionals. In August 2018, they obtained the Certified Construction Outreach Trainer - OTI 500, 502 & 510 certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. Most recently, in June 2023, they acquired the Safety Management Specialist (SMS) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
