Wes Rycroft

Wes Rycroft is a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic with extensive experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Currently employed at Neelands Group since November 2022, Wes previously held roles at Orzech Heating and Cooling and Rite-Temp Refrigeration Inc., focusing on service and commercial refrigeration. Additionally, Wes has served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Troop Warrant since December 2010. Education includes an Honours degree in HVAC-R Technologist from Mohawk College and Humber College, completed between 2015 and 2014.
