Rehan R. has a diverse work experience in the field of design, with a particular focus on fashion products. Rehan started their career as an Embellishment Designer and Couture Embroiderer at the CHANEL Atelier. There, they created meticulous and powerful compositions through hand embroidery, drawing inspiration from CHANEL and Christian Louboutin. Rehan then moved on to work as a Ceramic Artist, specializing in Raku pottery. After that, they joined K H Exports India Pvt Ltd as a Concept Developer, Couturier, and Luxury Footwear Designer, handling various luxury brands such as Coach, ColeHaan, Armani Jeans, and more. Rehan's responsibilities included developing haute couture and pret-e-porter collections, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest trends and materials from fashion weeks and design events worldwide. Rehan later joined AJIO.com as a Manager of Design for RRFB - Fashion Products, where they worked on product strategy and roadmap planning. Rehan took the same role at Neeman's Shoes, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a deep understanding of market trends, competition, and technical aspects of product development in various categories, including men, women, and kids.

Rehan R. obtained an Executive MBA in Advanced Product Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2023. Prior to that, they completed their studies in Ceramics Studio - Industrial Design Centre, specializing in Raku Pottery & Ceramics, at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2014. Rehan R.'s undergraduate degree is a Bachelor in Design with a focus on Fashion Products from FDDI Business School, which is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Government of India through an Act of Parliament.
