Ratin has a background in food and beverage management, starting as an Assistant Manager and progressing to Banquet Manager and then Food and Beverage Manager in various hotels such as The Oberoi, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, and Neemrana Hotels. Ratin completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Guest Services Management from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development and holds a Bachelor's Degree in H&HA from Institue of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition.
