Wayne Aldrich possesses extensive experience in pattern operations, with a career spanning over 25 years in the manufacturing industry. Since January 2006, Wayne has held various roles at Neenah Enterprises, Inc., advancing from Patternmaker/CNC Programmer/Operator to Manager of Pattern Operations, overseeing operations and engineering tasks. Prior to this, Wayne worked at The C.A. Lawton Co. from May 1998 to January 2006, also as a Patternmaker/CNC Programmer/Operator, demonstrating a strong foundation in pattern engineering and estimation.
