Steven Shure

Steven Shure is the current Chief Business Officer at Neeva. Steven has extensive experience in customer support, product and engineering management, and IT support. Steven has also served as Vice President - Inbound Supply Chain at Amazon and Consumer Marketing at Time Inc.

Shure began their career in 1986 as Consumer Marketing at Time Inc. Steven then moved to Amazon in 2006 as Vice President - Inbound Supply Chain. In this role, they were responsible for the company's global supply chain and customer fulfillment operations. Steven oversaw four separate global organizations with combined full-time headcount of >12,000 and billions in annual revenue: AWS Customer Support, AWS Managed Services, AWS Trust and Safety, and Amazon Enterprise Engineering/IT Services. In 2020, they left Amazon to join Neeva as Chief Business Officer.

Steven Shure attended Harvard University, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Steven'story and Philosophy of Science and Technology, magna cum laude. Steven also attended Roeper City and Country School.
