Monisha Mothikumar

Monisha Mothikumar began their work experience in 2017 as a Reservations Assistant at JC Residency, where they worked until August 2020. Monisha'sresponsibilities included managing reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction. In November 2020, they joined Neeyamo as an Associate Team Lead, utilizing their skills in BGV & Payroll to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. Monisha has a proven track record of fostering collaboration, identifying talent, and driving operational efficiencies.

Monisha Mothikumar completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2004 to 2016, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Business/Commerce. Monisha then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at Lady Doak College from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Monisha Mothikumar is enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Alagappa University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. This program is slated to be completed from 2022 to 2024.
