Rupinder Kaur

Rupinder Kaur is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in diverse roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the AVP and Global HR Head at Neeyamo since November 2017, Rupinder also held the position of Director, Human Capital Management. Previously, Rupinder contributed to Wipro BPS from January 2010 to October 2017 as a Manager in Human Resources, overseeing HR Account Lead responsibilities that encompassed employee engagement, talent management, and various essential HR processes. Before that, Rupinder worked as DM - Talent Engagement & Development and Center Manager - HR at Caliber Point from November 2004 to April 2009, focusing on generalist HR and corporate HR functions. Rupinder holds a BA in Economics from Jai Hind College and an education from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
