Ron Cipriano

Ron Cipriano has extensive legal and executive experience. Ron started their career as an Attorney at Reid and Riege, P.C. from September 2005 to May 2010, where they specialized in corporate, commercial, and tax-exempt law. In this role, they provided general counsel and transactional representation to businesses, drafting formation documents, operating agreements, and key business contracts.

Since June 2010, Ron has been working at NEFCO Corporation, where they held various roles. From June 2010 to December 2018, they served as the General Counsel & Director of Tech Sales. Ron then became the Senior Vice President Operations & General Counsel from January 2019 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President & COO at NEFCO Corporation from April 2022 onwards.

Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated expertise in legal matters, business operations, and strategic leadership.

Ron Cipriano completed their education at three different institutions. Ron first attended Pine Crest School from 1987 to 1998. Then, they attended the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Lastly, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Miami School of Law from 2002 to 2005.
